What is CF?

Corporate Fatigue is the combination of physical, mental and productivity problems that arise from working many hours on a regular basis, often under stress.

This fatigue is caused by a lack of deep sleep, poor workplace eating habits, lack of physical activity at the office, and mental stress that causes physiological damage.
